Hike to San Pancrazio with a light refreshment featuring yogurt, oats, and fresh seasonal fruit. This is followed by a guided visit to the Abbey of San Pancrazio, combining history, spirituality, and nature. In the afternoon, enjoy a truffle hunting experience at the foot of the medieval Roccascalegna Castle, accompanied by trained dogs. The day concludes with a traditional lunch at Marianna, at Locanda del Corvo, including a tasting of craft beers from the Microbirrificio Delphin.
