Must-Know Details

Rwanda is easily accessible via international flights arriving at Kigali International Airport (KGL). There are direct flights from major European cities, including London, Paris, and Brussels. Visitors from other countries can take connecting flights from these cities. Transfers from the airport to the hotel and for all excursions are included in the package.

This is an exclusive all-inclusive trip, which covers all expenses for accommodation, meals, activities, trekking excursions, and cultural visits. The trip is designed to offer an authentic and luxurious experience with stays at high-quality hotels and lodges. All transfers, including airport transfers and daily excursions, are organized for maximum comfort.
Remember to bring a valid passport or ID card with an expiration date of at least 6 months from the departure date. The itinerary may be subject to changes before and/or during the trip. On a group tour and in certain specific villages, it may be necessary to use dispersed accommodation due to the lack of large facilities. Please inform us of any food intolerances at the time of booking; we will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee it. Tourist taxes to be paid locally.
The official currency of Rwanda is the Rwandan franc (RWF). However, many tourist facilities also accept US dollars (USD), so it is recommended to carry a limited amount of local currency and dollars. Credit cards are generally accepted in hotels, but not always in more remote areas.
To enter Rwanda, it is recommended to get vaccinated against yellow fever (the vaccine is mandatory if you are coming from a country at risk). Other recommended vaccinations include hepatitis A and B, typhoid, cholera, and malaria (consult your doctor for prophylaxis). It’s best to consult with your doctor for personalized travel health advice.
Travelers from the European Union, USA, or Other Countries will need a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry. Visitors need to obtain a visa to enter Rwanda. The visa can be applied for online before travel through the Rwanda Electronic Visa Application or directly upon arrival at the airport (single-entry tourist visa). The cost of a tourist visa is approximately 30 USD for stays up to 30 days.

Rwanda uses Type C and Type J electrical outlets, with a voltage of 230 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. It is recommended to bring a universal adapter for the plugs, as they may differ from those used in your home country.
