Sunset Trekking on Monte Viglio

Departure at 4:30 PM from the meeting point at Passo Serra Sant'Antonio, Filettino (FR), for an unforgettable sunset hike on Monte Viglio, the highest peak in the Monti Simbruini Regional Natural Park. With torches in hand and backpacks on, we will follow a nature trail passing through the enchanting Fonte della Moscosa and a karst plateau, surrounded by pristine landscapes. The warm sunset light will guide us to the panoramic viewpoint over the Val Roveto, offering breathtaking views perfect for trekking and nature enthusiasts. We will continue along the ridge passing Monte Piano (1838 meters) and the Gendarme, surrounded by forests lit by the magical colors of the sunset.
